Thank you for your interest in our 2019 holiday season! We are working through our holiday market plans and will announce dates and locations of our upcoming holiday markets in October. At that time, online applications will be available in the Vendor Applications tab of our website, and vendors can apply for their preferred markets and dates.

TYPES OF VENDORS
We will be looking for vendors selling Artisanal Products (with an emphasis on handmade and local) and Prepared/Pre-Packaged Foods items. There will be limited space in any given category.
LOCATIONS, DATES & HOURS
Our holiday markets will all take place during weekdays and cater to an office crowd. Market hours will vary depending on location, but you can expect markets to operate between the hours of 8am-6pm with a setup period beforehand each day.
VENDOR PRICING & DATE SELECTION
Fees will vary depending on location, but will cost anywhere from $50 - $200 per day.
Vendors will be supplied with infrastructure for each market, which may be a table or a cart and signage.
Vendors are expected to bring additional display materials to create beautiful and eye-catching displays that best represent their products.
Applicants are encouraged to apply for as many dates as they are available and interested in participating in. Please note that if your business is successfully accepted into the market, you may be only be selected for a portion of the dates you applied to.
We require a refundable deposit of $100 for each market application. This application fee will be returned to you if your business is not accepted to the Market.
If your business is accepted, the deposit will be held as a security deposit and returned at the end of the market season provided your business does not breach the terms of the vendor agreement or cause damage to the venue.
